Our home is now 3 years old and honestly we were lulled into such a sense of security before and during our build that it left us blindsided by our treatment by CMG in the defects period and after. When contacting CMG they would not respond to us, and instead sent out subcontractors to fix" the issues

Over the past few years I have built 2 homes with CMG Homes and would not hesitate to build with them again when the time comes. The entire team from office staff, supervisors and contractors are professional and nothing is ever a hassle. Highly recommend, if I could give them a 10 STAR rating I would.

Built a newhouse with them. Quality of advice and workmanship very high. For similar price to project builders we got higher quality finish and more inclusions. Very down to earth with old school approach to dealing with customers. Dealt directly with Ian(Builder) and his wife Hazel (interiors). Have recommended them to several friends that are looking for a house builder.
