I purchased a 3 piece outdoor setting which looks stunning in my courtyard. it sits on terrazo tiling, amid potted azaelias & has a green lilli pilli hedge behind. The chairs are light enough for me to move. the sales lady was charming & very helpful. The delivery was well arranged & came at the arranged time.Thank you for a very satisfactory experience,

They have sent me product that’s defected and missing parts. I lodged a complaint and no response for over a week. I have called a number of times but no update.After support service is terrible.

What a lovely pretty store tucked in Cremorne! The sales consultant, in particular, was absolutely lovely. She had so much enthusiasm, energy, patience and genuinely cared about my concerns and wishes. Not to mention, super friendly!

OMG!! I have met the most amazing sales person called Mia on the most magical day of my life. The 50% off sale scored me my 1st ever dream Pagod Daybed at the Cremorne store. I am so double happy and lucky that I found this on my way to a property inspection with my favourite BFF I spotted the store across the road. Mia and I connected over fashion styles and I found her to be the most professional person with the best heart and smile.
