Beautiful clean rooms and lovely staff and service. We got the premium king room with the jetted spa and the bed was so comfortable. The spa was absolutely heaven and the room was very clean! They also have free washing machine and dryer to use which was wonderful xoxo

Would give 0 stars if I could. Seriously save your money and go to another motel in the area.Completely unprofessional and rude, room was barely adequate but staff are useless.

Tidy pleasant motel with lovely well-maintained gardens and pool. Our courtyard room was cool and amazingly quiet. Beds very comfortable and room spotless. Parking easy. Great pub with excellent food only 2 minutes walk away.

Acceptable for one night's stay. Not recommended for longer stays.Overall look of the motel is outdated, room for improvement in areas such as toilets. Balcony area was not very clean and carpet cleanliness was just ok. Not lift provided for people with limited mobility.

Uncomfortable and unclean. Had a short stopover here for the family trip. Beds are atrocious, they are so old and worn they cave in, they have to bed the worst beds I've seen in my 20 years of travel, we needed a room with a sofa bed, there is dust/dirt with peoples lost items underneath it, so 3 people in the broken double bed it was then. Urine patch next to the bed too... maybe from someones dog? Anyway, haven't taken this up with the owners, judging by other serious reviews there is no point. Beware. Choose other accommodation where possible.

Excellent reception staff they spoke English which is uncommon these days.Also very helpful on the phone compared to the other five Port Macquarie motels I had ring previous to them.Parking on site.Excellent BBQ facilities out back.Lovely pool for guests use ( try summer).Large rooms with good facilities in the room.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything was in good working order, the only thing missing was a microwave oven. There are a couple of eateries within walking distance and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Would stay again:)

Our booking was incorrectly recorded, so we got an upgrade to apartment instead of a twin room. This motel is clean and tidy, no issues. Good location. We would stay here again.

Great for an overnight stop or a longer stay. The room was compact but well laid out and the bathroom larger than usual. It also had a little private patio to sit outside. Comfy bed, good lighting, great shower, toaster in the kitchenette. Everything worked and it was quiet overnight. The one downside in the room is that all the power points are opposite the end of the bed so bring an extension cord if you use a CPAP machine. Otherwise, a nice, easy, pleasant place to stay.
