This company has very poor quaility control. Product WhiteWings Plain Flour, Self Raising Flour, Wholemeal Flour. Product in date until 2022 but all products full of Bugs. Have Made several complains about packaging but no action taken. I will now contact NSW Health to Investigate. Have video to prove.Interested in comment from the CEO Mr Scott Weitemeyer????What he has to Say???????????

The tins they use to produce bread are very dirty, and they treat their staff really bad.

Delivery never on time, always very late near midday. Talking to customer service is very frustating, always an idiot answering the phone. They like to change or cancel standard fixed delivery schedule and quantity of the bread as their wishes!!!

Due to a crazy 'health issue' I can only eat Country Split white in moderation without side effects. Apart from the extreme limited availability of the product in my local stores, If I DO manage to purchase a loaf, they have been full of holes throughout the loaf making them next to useless. I have tried to contact the company on several occasions (all phone no.s listed on sites are 'disconnected', no email address) I have pics of proof of these loaves, but no one seems interested. At the cost of bread these days, a pensioner must 'eek out' the shopping, but when you have to use 3/4 of a loaf for breadcrumbs it's a waste of money. Trying to navigate the electronic system and prove 'I'm not a robot' is a nightmare. I just want to be able to purchase a loaf of bread that is edible. AND, why is there ALWAYS 3 or 4 'wholgrain' loaves to every one loaf?? I can't eat wholegrains or most of the other breads. I might be only a 'small consumer' but don't I count?? UPDATE! The company contacted me and sent a $10. yes, ten dollar voucher, to compensate for the six loaves I was unable to use. Better than nothing I suppose, but it doesn't fix the problem. It will buy 3 loaves nearly, so that's something.
