Hi there,I just want to report on what happened tonight, 7:31PM at Caltex Caboolture, 20-24 Lower King St, Caboolture QLD 4510. Your staff there named Thomas made a mistake in putting the right amount for the petrol I've purchased. I should have paid $53.57 but he said my one was $57.00. I was explaining it to him that I've paid more than what I've purchased and he did not apply the Uber Eats Pro Platinum of 8c off. He kept on insisting that he was right. So I've explained it to him again that he gave me the wrong amount. Then he said that there was a CCTV and he will report it to his Supervisor and if they found out that I stole the money they will contact me. So I gave to him my name and mobile no and told him that I did not steal something and he was the one who owe me a change. He gave me the change but still when I calculated it again there was still a short of 0.60c. And I've found out that he made a mistake in pressing the station pump number, it's should be number 1 but he press number 2 and that's why I'm wondering on why this lady in front of me told me that she paid my petrol. I asked him what's his name so I can report it his Supervisor and he said he cannot give his name. He forgot that he's wearing his name plate so I got his name and ask the name of the Supervisor (Steve) as well. So please train your staff properly especially when handling a situation like this. It's kind a annoying and he was still making a joke to the other customers that if they need a discount too on their purchases while I'm computing the discount for the total price. Kindly check this matter. Thanks!

Horrible to exit via Alfred Street if you have a low car, but other than that good for fuel and a quick snack or drink on your trip!

Always tidy, and stk always pulled forward and..... friendly patience employees which they need... working all hours here.. x

I have tried to refuel LPG at this station. One of those pumps didn’t work at all so I tried another one. It started counting money before it was connected to the car. I disconnected it when it was $3 but even not being connected to the car it kept counting dollars. After a few attempts to stop pump from counting it finely stopped at almost $8. Unfortunately attendant requested all $8 to be paid... stealing fuel is an offence if it done by the customers but when it’s done by the company it’s bad luck for the customers. An hour later I was passing this station. “Out of order” sign wasn’t in place even attendant knew it’s malfunctioning. I guess next customer will have the same experience to remember... refund was not only not offered but requested to pay full amount... shame. Attendant said that he is not the thief - the company is and it’s not his responsibility to refund the money....PS... Manager was very nice and professional about it later in a day. He refunded my money... Thank you...

It's a handy servo that does its job well. Staff are always friendly.

Yeah, it is good with a large selection of products, both hot and cold. Various snacks ice cream and more. All ranges of fuel are available .. the staff were friendly.

One Night staff is rude the old guy demanding taking hood of knowing nothing about customer. When customer trys to explain still demands this isn't the first time last time it was when trying to pay for petrol why would customer be trying to pay for petrol holding keycard out be a problem though a night pay window. If you ask me it's a excuse he doesn't want to do work. There is no signs about hoods ect plenty people walk in and out of the shop the same customer has all the time without a issue. But no longer will be giving money to this judgemental shop a d will be telling others not to.

Decently priced fuel. Outside area was very untidy . The inside wasnt much better- there was cobwebs and grit on the shelves- attached to some stock. The 4 stars are for the nice lady who served us, was an error on our purchase which she fixed quickly.
