The best Keto friendly bar cafe in South Australia. The food and coffee are all keto friendly and taste absolutely amazing, I cannot believe they are guilt free. I come here after my hikes to give myself a bit of a guilt free reward. If you can’t come in they do delivery as well, Keto meal deliveries. 10/10 highly recommend!

If you guys are looking lose weight as fast as possible, these guys are legitimate. All their ready meals taste amazing & are accredited by a dietitian.Ive already lost 9kg in only 2 weeks in their ready meals. I was never hungry, my energy levels increased & feel lighter and less bloated.I still can’t believe i’m dieting and losing weight eating such tasty meals. 10/10 highly recommend!

The only keto friendly cafe restaurant i know in adelaide. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by their amazing staff. The ready meals & fat burning bulletproof coffees were to die for, will be coming back. These guys make weight loss easy!I bought a few of their ready meals and after heating it in the microwave and tasting it, i could not believe my taste buds, how is this carb free… the keto mac and cheese was insane! 1 week in and i’m already down 4kg & it’s just so easy to stick to.The delivery times of the meals were next day, i don’t know how they do it, but amazing work guys! Give them a go!

I've been doing keto for years now and permanently kept off the weight, however I found it hard however due to the lack of options, however upon googling these guys (the reviews speak for themselves) amazing keto meals they, the keto cheeseburger & Mac and cheese blew my mind. They also do keto meal deliveries, that arrive the next day if you love local! Love your work guys!
