Discovered this place round the corner from the Market Shed on Holland...love the aerial yoga classes and hatha classes too...and acro on a sunday after coffee!

Where can I begin? This absolute gem is managed by its owners (Zoe & Carlo), who do not only understand the value of doing things the right way, but additionally are extraordinary people. The professionalism, zen/relaxing environment, as well as the staff expertise in different health and wellness areas all combines to create a true remarkable experience! The place itself is just beautiful as well, you can tell straight away this people take pride in what they do. I came in with a severe stiff neck and after just one session with Claire, I came out as a brand new person. What is more, the prices are more than affordable to say the least, pretty much the best value service of this type ive ever had. If I could give more stars, I would. Highly recommended, keep the amazing work legends, and thank you soo much once again!

The yoga centre is a beautiful space to hold a workshop/masterclass! Wide variety of classes! Zoe is wonderful and very attentive.
