Brides avoid this place. A week before our wedding, we emailed Arteke to confirm our hair / make up appointment. They replied via email saying that they could no longer do our hair. If we hadn’t checked we would had been left high and dry on our wedding day. And to make things even worse we then had to chase them to get our deposit back from them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I got my nose pierced here. Emily was AWESOME, she was so kind and made me feel great about getting it done. I also loved that she didn’t rush and made sure that I was totally happy with the placement and stud before doing it and making sure it was perfect before piercing. I would 1000000% recommend!

Huge disappointed..went to this salon for a month ago I did keratin treatment to my hair...I spent 320 dollar bt the result is (zero) literary no change I went there again and talk with them bt their behaviour is soo soo rude...and the manger is omg is she a manager ??who dnt know how to speak with the customer...she lies me that she redo my hair bt she always delay time its been 3 month i am waiting bt she don't..always excuse...plz dnt try to rply here..dnt try to be good I know yu very well...waste of money and time...Too expensive with zero experience...don't believe any of those reviews...if yu guys thinking abt hair think twice..... go somewhere else ..

I had my hair straightened at this salon today and I can testify to the goodness of the ladies at this salon. Though 40% more expensive than my hairdresser in Sydney would charge, Laura and MiKaylah were so courteous and professional. They were gentle on my curly hair and took their time to get out all the frizz. They also made sure I felt comfortable and engaged me in meaningful conversations throughout my stay at this service. I recommend this salon if you are not strict on budget and wants good service.

Staff was so lovely, had a hair and beauty appointment, no waiting around, was a smooth transition from hair to beauty. I was amazed at the price, very reasonable, and loved the end results.

Had a booking for makeup for over a month in advance, I live over an hour away and when I turned up today it was closed. No one answering phones or given any warning I wouldn’t have an appointment. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. Thankful for illuminate body for fitting me in on such short notice

I recently worked at this Salon for 2 and a half months. I got scammed by the owner with a low pay rate to find a job vacancy had been posted by the owner recently paying double the amount i was on with bonuses i never received as promised. I was her receptionist, stylist and cleaner. She will discuss a pay rise if your worth the money to her but then will spring that she’s $100,000 in covid debt and expect you to work like a slave with no lunch breaks for over 10+ hours. Owner is never there. Another thing how can you run a consistent business when it’s closed? This salon advertises that it is open all day yet you work appointment only? It also advertises hair services out the front but there is no hair stylist available. This is bad advertisement for clients and especially for clients that want to walk in for hair and beauty services for special events.

Just had my hair sorted today, after a long time of home dye and hair cuts. My hair has never in my life looked so good. All the girls are amazing, Emma did my hair and helped me pick out a great colour. I'm absolutely stoked.I went home with some hair products they recommened to help grow my hair, I'm so excited to use them.Beautiful salon, fantastic staff. Highly recommend.
