Tom answered my urgent call late at night, was very helpful on the phone, texted with me to see the issue and then came first thing the next morning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and straight forward. He followed a thorough process to determine the issue and found the problem. He documented everything for insurance backup and he was really reasonable with his price.
