We came for dine-in at around 10:10pm, the service staff denied us the service and asked us to order takeaway which was surprising as they had 1 table already dining in. I asked a suggestion on which I was told take a look into the menu.We even requested we can finish our food in 15mins but nope , we ordered takeaway after the entire conversation and to our surprise takeaway prices were higher than the dine-in one and the service staff never told us and straight away took the payment before. I mean totally it’s totally wrong .

Terrible experience.We have eaten here many times and enjoyed the food in years past but we will not be returning again.I ordered takeaway over the phone and clarified our order at the end of the phone call to make sure it was correct. When I arrived, one of the items was completely missed. They said they will make it immediately and 10 minutes later they had it ready and handed me my takeaway and all was fine. When I got home to my family my wife questioned what I ordered. The meals turned out to be all different from what we ordered. Very unhappy and frustrated about this I drove back and my original takeaway order was still out on the table in which I decided to kindly ask for a refund as the food had been out 40 minutes. The girls behind the counter did not apologize or take any responsibility apart from saying they were new. They tried to offer me a refund of one of the meals which I did not accept. I persisted standing at the counter until finally they gave me a refund. No effort whatsoever was given to make amends for what had taken place with their mistakes. I felt this was extremely poor service.

We booked a few tables for 20 people 1 day earlier and when we got there they weren’t ready we waited 1hr 30mins and left without getting any food. Only lassi. They stilled charged us full price for the lassi after the long wait and then did not even apologise. The owner / head chef was also very rude he didn’t have the courtesy to come out and say sorry. I would never recommend to go and dine.I am giving 1 star because there is no options for 0 stars , as they don't deserve any stars.

The food and service at that place sucked. We ordered “Shahi Paneer”, but it didn't taste good, so we asked for it to be made spicier. But then they just threw some grated dry chili on top of the shahi paneer and it tasted nasty. And don't even get me started on the service - it was trash. They didn't even try to fix the problem.

Good atmosphere.Food is okay. Could have been much much better.Especially the mint chutney was sweet, who makes mint chutney sweet.Also need to train the staff for better customer service.The nepalese or east indian girl working in the evening was excellent and knows her stuff very well.

Food at Chillies has been so yummy whenever we’ve eaten here.Prices are pretty average. The staff are friendly and always aiming to please.Service can be a bit slow but if you’re aware of that and have a time deadline make sure to go in/order earlier.This restaurant is a great place for something a little different in the area compared to all the pizza and chicken shops.

We booked few tables for a group of 15 people to dine in. We did not get the food even after 2 hours. The owner did not come out and even apologies for such a poor service. Instead he charged us for papadum and salted lassis which came 1 hour after we ordered. We left without food and apology. I would not go here again and recommend to anyone else.
