Great service and products. Paul and the team are very helpful and able to satisfy all your needs. Bit of shame as parking on premise it's zero to none during weekdays.

This place is fantastic. Have ordered two batteries so far. The ordering easy with the easy selection options and delivered within a couple of days to a regional centre. Great prices and reliable batteries. Ordered a third battery which wasn't needed due to my incompetence. Rang and found I could cancel as it hadn't been dispatched. Great service. Highly recommend these people.

Ordered and paid for a car battery almost 2 weeks ago with express shipping and the battery is still nowhere to be found.Their inventory management system is very poor and their website does not mention anywhere if the item you are ordering is in stock or not. In my case the battery was not in stock as I found out much later.Contacted them directly on numerous occasions to follow up on my order and keep getting mixed and conflicting bits of information as to the status of the order.The female sales staff member I dealt with was rude and would deflect blame onto others - be it the supplier or other staff members even though she was the one emailed me incorrect battery information all along.Their communication is extremely poor and not once did they contact me of their own accord to let me know what was going on and left it up to me to constantly follow up with them. When i did call them up they would not have any clear answers and would tell me that they would contact the supplier and call me back. They never called me back.Eventually, after almost 2 weeks of not getting any closer to receiving the battery I had ordered and paid for and not being able to use my car, I had enough and demanded a full refund.If the management at Batteries Direct ever do read this perhaps you need to have a word with her about an attitude adjustment and also some further education on the batteries you sell (you all know who she is).Not once was I ever offered an apology for the headache and inconvenience this entire debacle had caused and she was completely indifferent towards my poor customer experience and couldn't care less.Throughout the entire ordeal I had been more than patient and reasonable but there is only so much a person can and should be made to endure. Customer service goes a long way and it was very much lacking here.Go on to productreview dot com dot au" and take a look at all the actual verified negative reviews for these guys. Any 5 star reviews here must have been paid for or falsified as it is far from the service I received from them.Never doing business with Batteries Direct ever again and I would strongly advise against anyone else from doing so either. There are plenty of other more reputable battery stores around that deliver true customer service.I've learned my lesson the hard way so you don't have to.I'm sure if management do read this

G day all,Local to the area, do not ever go to this shop for a battery, sold me a defective battery, man was unprofessional and rude, blamed my mechanic for the battery, do a Veteran ride and could not care less, do not use this shop. Does not deserve on star

Fantastic. Same day service. I paid at 9am and received the motorcycle battery by 4pm the same day, on the other side of Sydney. The price was better than everyone else too. This is the second time I have purchased from this company and they've delivered quickly, both times. If I have one minor criticism, they don't answer their phones so you have to work out your own battery requirements, if it's a custom job. But their website and ordering system works well and is easy to navigate. I will definitely use this supplier again, Highly recommended!

These guys open 7:30 am instead of 8:00 am like the rest. Extremely helpful if you have battery issues first thing in the morning. They gladly assisted and replaced the battery immediately.
