A well kept nature centre with beautiful landscape and a good number of Australian wildlife. It's pram friendly and there's heaps of parking available. Definitely worth a visit!

This was a beautiful place, you do need to take your time and look carefully for the wild life as they do hide very well. Stunning bird variety. You can't take food in but there is a place outside to sit if you take a picnic, with benches. Only two toilets outside so ensure to use before you go in. For a free day out I think its worth it. We did put gold coin in the box at entrance. There is no playground just a open park.

An unexpected surprise. I honestly wasn’t expecting much but decided to take the kids there for the holidays to check it out. Honestly it was great!! Definitely worth taking a look. Only takes about 30mins to walk slowly around and truly enjoy it.

A little gem of a place, our kids love it. No crocs or Koalas here, but there are wombats, bilbies, dingoes, snakes, quoll, various wallabies and kangaroos, emus and a fantastic avary stocked with many species of birds including doves, parrots, cockatoo, and wedge tailed eagle to name but a few. Definitely worth visiting.

Went with my scout group for an outing today. It looks a lot smaller than what it actually is, is very enjoyable, and will definitely be going again. Gold coin donation for entry and massive park across the street.

The animals here are treated extremely well. The enclosures are always clean and tidy. A great area for school excursions, tourists and a perfect outing for families. Right next to Queens Park!!

Awesome space for kids and adults. Lots of animals and the Bilby habitat and the bats. Can't believe it's free.

Ipswich Nature Centre, which is a free-entry place where you can see many native Australian animals. Although the park is not that big, but I’m impressed by the variety of species that can be seen at the centre, including birds, kangaroo, wallaby ,wombat, bilbies etc. This makes it a great destination for families with children who want to learn more about Australian wildlife
