Beautiful, peaceful and family friendly resort! Spacious roads and amazing views of the golf course! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to Settle down with their family!

Although the area is pristine and beautiful, and the residents amazing the “resort” labeled service is below one star. When you come here to look for a property they advertise the fact you have full access to the golf course, tennis courts, gym and heated outdoor swimming pool. However it’s a complete hassle for them when you go to use the facilities, the tennis courts may be completely empty but if you haven't booked 24 hours in advance you can’t play even though all it takes is a staff member to undo a padlock which could easily be replace with a swipe access as all residents have swipe cards. The gym is tiny with no chance of improvements. The pool hours get changed every five seconds and the whole system is set up to discourage use. The estate brags about a security car but it does nothing and has never in the time here stopped or detected any crime whatsoever. The staff at Club Mandalay are amazingly friendly and try their best however it appears as though they also find it difficult battling with a negative minded management team with no care for the residents.

Donuts made fresh were tasty. Check out the land sales office and say hi to Wes or Dimi. Terrific golf course surrounded by hombre in the estate. Tennis courts and a pool also. People seem friendly there.

Could not have asked for more, Beautiful and Serene place to live. Do not waste your time , get your lot now as they are going really fast. Dont wait for the weekend to come take a day off and see the land sales staff who are ever willing to assist you. Ensure you pick the right builder to build your home there."

Nice venue for a casual glass of wine. Food and Cocktail offering could be improved as well as staff training behind the making drinks. Overall though friendly staff and good place to relax.

Father in-law bought land and was promised that the front yard will be completed at the developers cost up to $5000. What he got was a landscaper that tried to extract further money from him and only $800 worth of materials. Left with a pile of rubble that he managed to trip over and injure himself. Be very careful with Mandalay Living. They are telling us that is not their problem. We will be going via VCAT to get it sorted out. Have a look at the photos. $5000. Laughable and disgusted.

Do not buy off Mandalay living. Block has totally changed from Engineering plans provided.

Another badly designed and badly-located residential sprawl development. Of low quality and only built to last for a short period of time (without required expensive maintenance). Lack of footpaths, horribly unsafe streets and poorly-designed buildings make this one of the many cookie cutter developments that now plaque the outskirts of Australian cities. This area is bushfire prone (check the local planning laws if you don't believe me) and close to many snake breeding areas. If you have lots of money and few brain cells, you should buy here. Otherwise, stay well away.

Irrelevant advertising about the Estate. No shops, no proper public transport or schools. When we moved the entry was quiet green. But after sold the back properties they started to build and resort advertisement is false. They collecting around $1500/Home for club facilities is waste. Even houses are increases they not try to reduce the cost. I dont feel any greatness compared to the other estates those don't have any body corporate. I am suggesting please not choose this place, it is very expensive.

Visited on weekend very disappointing. Hospitality staff not engaging (no it wasn't busy) Changes to order ignored. Difficult to find clean table eventhough I countedfour staff chatting. Will be awhile before we try again.
