Wonderful staff and superb quality buses. Good job Cooma coaches! However, please provide better information to places such as the Jindabyne tourism info centre and the Thredbo information centre about your schedules. I understand that buses to the resorts are in the trial period, however, I don't think that's it's an unreasonable request to keep those dealing with tourists updated about your timetable. I was speaking to the drivers about making the service to the ski resorts permanent, and I honestly hope that the government awards you that contract. Let this review serve as an endorsement. You guys really deserve it! The Snowy Mountains is notorious for price gouging and overpriced everything, so it's refreshing to see Cooma Coaches operate as the exception, under the fair dinkum attitude and genuine friendliness that the rest of rural Australia great. Keep up the good work! However, as mentioned earlier, please look into keeping the tourist information centres better updated on your schedules, as some of them were genuinely unaware of the schedule, despite being otherwise very knowledgeable about your service

My kindergarten son gets the Lakewood bus home one day a week and insisted today was that day but he should have been at after school care.Thanks so much to the driver for returning him to school, I'm eternally grateful and I'm hoping my son has learnt a valuable lesson!

Asked for a quote and received a call saying I would get a response with a few days.Never received a response and didn't answer my calls dont bother with this company.
