We recently had the pleasure of working with Jellis Craig team renting out our new property. We had the settlement on a Friday afternoon, and Bill and the team had all the preparations to do an open inspection the next morning. They acted swiftly, and by the following Monday afternoon, I even had the tenant agreement signed with a chosen tenant. Our property manager Ashlee has been awesome and very friendly to work with. The entire team is very responsive on all communication mediums and very supportive of all our needs.

Carole Wilson: Property Manager has been the most warm, understanding and efficient Property Manager I have interacted with. Carole made a difficult moving experience so much more bearable; with her caring attitude. Interactions with Carole have been like enjoying a Max Brenner Hot Chocolate in a Hug Mug.

Samantha Newton and her team in Jellis Craig has managed my rental properties since 2016. Over the years, Samantha and her team has consistently provided very good services. She is responsive to my queries or request for help with good outcome for us. She and her team has been able to find good tenants and has been doing well in managing the properties, so we don't have to worry about those day to day things such as rental payment and properties safety and maintenance. We believe it is also due to her effort, we always got tenants staying in our properties for long time. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Samantha and her team for their great efforts and effectiveness in providing good services for us.A few weeks ago, we had one property for lease. Samantha and her team managed the lease process efficiently and professionally. After the first open-inspection, we got inspection report in less than one hour. Three hours after the inspection, Samantha had notified us that they have secured a new tenant with higher rental deal. The new lease is completed and signed next day. I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the lack of communication from your campaign team, which has resulted in a significant loss for me. I recently purchased a property through Jellis Craig Doncaster, and the entire experience has been marred by a complete breakdown in communication and negligence on your part.the settlement was completed 4 days ago, and I officially became the owner. However, to my astonishment and dismay, I discovered that the previous owner had removed several of my belongings from the property without any prior notice or communication. This incident has caused me immense inconvenience, financial loss, and emotional distress.As a professional real estate agent, the responsibility to ensure a smooth transition of ownership and provide clear communication between all parties involved. However, I regret to inform you that your team failed miserably in fulfilling these fundamental obligations. Despite my attempts to establish contact and seek clarification regarding the handover process, my inquiries were met with silence and ignorance.
