Still waiting for a part since early March ! Was booked in yesterday 26th April ( 8 weeks later ) and got a message in the morning to say the part wasn’t in!!!!! Really the morning of the proposed service call!!!! Then received another message to say the technician was sick! Miele are so slow with service that I would never buy another of their products again and wouldn’t recommend them. Still waiting for the phone call you promised us too!!!!!!
