I was at Eckersley 's Milton store this morning and I was served by Joan who was very helpful and pleasant. I got exactly what I needed (Atelier interactive acrylic paints) and at a competitive price. I was very happy with my purchase and will be returning.

Great art store.The staff that run it are always happy to help find something, and offer great advice. They know their stuff, and they can help you learn it.Store has a fairly large range, and almost always has what I'm looking for in stock. Regular sales are great value too.Certainly beats buying online from overseas, even when their price is slightly higher. Worth it for the helpful staff and not having to wait for shipping.

Very very expensive, the lady who served me was lovely but new nothing about what paints i wanted & sold me the wrong items & her boss could hear our conversation but didn't correct her. Not a very good experience at all.

The staff at this Eckersley in particular are so, so nice. I went in to get some lino printing supplies and the lady working was super sweet about giving project advice and even wanted to see my previous prints. They also had a good range of what I was looking for with multiple brands of ink and boards. Highly recommend!

Staff at Eckersley's make, live, & breathe art. They are therefore equipped to assist with questions. If they don't know, or don't have the product you need they know who can help. They are happy to demonstrate products and take their time with you. Great customer service sets them apart from the crowd.
