Absolute worst. They don’t even bother drop the parcel at your address they simply say “unable to leave parcel in a safe place” and take it straight to parcel collection shop where the trading hours are ridiculously inconvenient.

Zero stars.This is a dreadful post office. The staff seem quite happy to watch the queue extend out the door whils they service home businesses" that won't pay for an Australia Post business service.You'll see people with trolley's full of parcels that need to be measured and weighed by the staff

Wish i could give 0 stars.Shouldn’t be allowed to just pop the card in the mailbox every single time even though i am working from home everyday. Get people that do their jobs. Its unbelievable. What’s the point of getting it delivered if they don’t ? Paying for a service that is never done.And when you are lucky enough that someone actually rings the intercom, he just throw the package at the door. Great service what if people where in quarantine/ broken legs ect ? No empathy for the customers that pid for this service.

Lazy delivery driver…i was at home waiting for the package the whole day because the status was “on board on delivery - arrive today”. No news, no intercom, no ring, nothing and suddenly the status change to “unable to gain access”….amazingly, it is happening all the time

Over the weekend Sophie helped me with updating several account details in store. She was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue promptly. Sophie was welcoming, extremely professional and was an excellent ambassador for AUSPOST. Highly recommend and will return. Thanks for such great service

Really hope that I can give ZERO stars and also hope these LAZY delivery persons can help the company gain more bad reviews. It is not a delivery service, it’s a self pick-up service with delivery fees.

Worst experience applying for a passport here. Had to do the queue twice because there is no signage indicating which queue is the passport one. Worst of all, when I fid the queue the first time around, at the counter they didn't apologise or acknowledge their mistake for the misinformation. The manager and staff here need serious training on how to treat people.

They never even try to deliver your parcel even with an authority to leave. Just a text saying it is awaiting pick up. Horrible service from auspost.
