Always look after our puppies when we escape for a holiday. Cannot recommend highly enough. Great service.

Second time we have left our dog buddy with them, he always comes home relaxed. They take such great care with him and the facility is always clean and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our dog is clean and brushed when we pick her up, every time, and she's always full of life when she gets home. I'm sure she has a good time staying at Paw Park.

Annette and Esther are amazing, you can tell they are passionate and deeply committed to making sure your pets are cared for, they treat your fur babies like they are their own. My two dogs absolutely love coming to stay and they are freshly washed before we pick them up and smell amazing. I wouldn't leave my dogs with anyone else.

Paw Park is a good last minute affordable option for your loved ones. Easy to deal with, paperwork, and transactions. If you are local and you need something quickly I feel that this is the place.

Ester and her team are a godsend, helped me and my kelpie Norton when we were evicted after the floods. Norton came back after being at Paw Park fit, healthy and happy.Thank you Ester

I phone this morning to discuss our booking as my son has become unwell.I was advised that it was non-refundable and non-transferable.I understand that businesses need to cover for their time, and I expected a loss to a degree.I didn't ask for a refund I wanted to discuss a credit with them which I didn't expect to be the full amount.I wasn't aware of the booking conditions as I never received a receipt or booking confirmation.They were pretty rude about it, and sarcastiscally wished my son well.This has impacted me but I emailed Paw Park Pet Resort in the hope they could make their booking conditions clearer for future clients.I asked that in the future they consider providing a receipt to their clients with the booking conditions to save this drama.I was met with a condescending response and a lack of regard for their customers needs.Quoting Annette.We will not be changing our policy".So essentially I've asked for a booking confirmation and receipt for customers and they have refused.The simple ask of generating a booking confrimation upon booking should be a simple request.
