Klaus's Mower Repairs

Rude, abrupt and totally clueless about powered garden tools and business. I took 3 items to him and after weeks and $250 I got them back with all of the same problems. I'd swear he just tossed them in the corner and gave them back, untouched when I returned. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND his service. One star is too many. Save you money. Go anywhere else.

Took our ride on mower to Klause to have a PTO replaced. Over 3 months it took to get it back despite Klause telling me that it would be ready every other weekend.I finally get it back and it instantly starts slipping the belt off the PTO… I take it back to Klause who has it for another couple of weeks and then says the belt was stretched and charged me for a new one.I get the mower home and within 5 minutes it has destroyed the new belt to bitsTook the mower up to John Deere who looked at it and straight away told me that they had fitted the PTO upside down, and that they have never seen anyone do that before.All said and done, Klause charged me $800, had my lawn mower for nearly 4 months in total, and it ended up costing me another $400 to have the PTO and a second belt installed (the correct way up) to fix his stuff up.No offer by Klause was ever made to refund their charges or the extra costs I incurred due to their incompetent attempt at repairing my mower.I wouldn’t let Klause mowing repairs work on a push mower let alone our ride on ever again. This experience even left John Deere mechanics shaking their head at the level of stupidity involved to stuff something like this up so badly.

Very easy to deal with and quick service of my equipment.

Mower wasn't starting, they had it starting before we left. Left it for some work and good as new! Really cheap was very surprised, lovely people and great service.

After our weeks of rain could not mow the lawns. Went to start mower and it decided to die. Took it to Klaus Mower Repairs, quoted and repaired just over 2 weeks. Actual price was under the quote. Great family business and friendly people. Thankyou you Klaus & staff.

Had my trimmer and blower service and was ok. So decided to let my ride-on get serviced. BIG MISTAKE... it was picked up and didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, the I called them and was advised that they were waiting on a part, which I thought was fair enough. then 10 days late the mower was dropped of on the driveway. I was given an invoice and the guys drove off. tried to start the mower in it didn't start.Very frustrated I tried to call them to let them know and then was advised that maybe there is no fuel in it as they deliver without fuel. Again, somewhat understandable but they could have told me when they dropped it off and not so much when they picked up the mower with 60% full of petrol.Anyway I was happy that it was fixed... until it wasn't... turns out the mower still has the same issue of no power and I was charged $445 for change of filter and oil however I told him before pick up I did that 2 months ago myself!I rang them and told them about the same issue still being there and was advised he will come tomorrow"

Klaus's Mower Repair provided an excellent service and were able to complete the jobs on time and for very reasonable price.I highly recommend Klaus and his team for all mower, chainsaw repairs.

Fantastic service and friendly team. As fate would have it, my mower decided it didn't want to start about 2 weeks from Christmas and my lawn needed doing. I had zero expectation that it would get serviced by Christmas and after a few calls to some of the Gold Coast's most notable businesses, this was confirmed. Most said mid-late January.Klaus however was all about being a legend and got it done in a little over a week!Great workmanship and a great price.I am a customer for life now. Thanks Klaus and team!

Never ever trust these guys absolutley useless had my mower for a month said they had stripped it down and were waiting on the cylinder blade to be sharpened and returned.. after many calls and more confused words i decided to go and get it... i went in to find my mower untouched !... this guy had lied ...and just did not give a stuff ...read and believe the reviews and go else where.

Family operated business. As soon as you walk into their workshop reception and see how clean and well organised things are, it's clear they take the profession seriously and with integrity. On top of that (and most importantly) the customer service I received from multiple staff was top notch. Honestly, when faced with the mundane task of needing to get my old mower serviced I'm not exactly going in expecting much more than to get the thing at least running by some grumpy old mechanic. They actually took time to explain exactly what they'd planned to do step by step and made sure I was cool with their quoted price which, to be fair, was pretty reasonable. Picked it up today from the same friendly folks and it's running sooo much better. Really I'm chuffed with the service. Very impressed, will be back. Thanks Klaus & Co.
