It's a good pontoon. It floats and goes up and down with the tide like it should. If I was a pontoon, I'd like to be like this one.

Mediocre boat ramp, sand launch and tide can fly. Only use if you are comfortable and confident launching your boat

The beach launch at Cremorne's Pipe Clay Lagoon is the most sheltered launching area on Hobarts eastern shore. It can be a bit tricky at the top of big tides though. The Pontoon is a bonus for drop off and pick ups and is also popular as a fishing spot for those that are land based. The area is ideal access to Fredrick Henry Bay. Cremorne is such a great beach for small kids as there is no waves. I take my elderly clients there for walks in the still water,they love it. It's very accessible for prams. Wheel chairs. Walkers.
