Took my iPhone14 in because I couldn’t hear unless on speaker. Now my phone is worse after their ‘repair’ - Face ID doesn’t work, can’t hold power and it freezes. Taken in but the lady who runs shop os never there. Very unhappy $150 for a worse working phone. Not happy!!!!!

Do not recommend Mr case. Monica the owner is rude and a rip off. Took my daughters iPhone 11 in to have a new screen and protector cost was $159 then 3 days later half the screen randomly goes black so I take the phone back to be told I need another screen to which the previous one was supposed to be under warranty :( she continued to fix the screen for the cost of $50 to then collect the phone to have no screen protector which I had already paid for. I asked where screen protector was and upon getting off the other screen she has cracked it. Charged me another $20 for a screen protector. Absolute rip offs and wouldn't recommend at all. Drive to Hobart instead of supporting this business.

A good customer service and they know everything about phone and tablets. The repair was quick and everything works perfectly after this. I will be recommending this to other people if they have any issues with their phone. A reasonable price while I have been to other shops in the city which charge me a lot more. Will definitely come back to buy screen protectors and phone case.

Some time back my Tablet just totally failed & knowing a number of nerdy young people ( who know everything about Tablets, laptops & mobiles)I took it to them to see if they could bring it to life again, no hope they said, dead as a dodo, then I saw Monica at Mr. Case & asked her, she said she would look at it for me for $30, & if no go then that would be it, & $60 if she could get it operational, left her with it & next day it was a goer, fantastic.Then I decided to buy a refurbished phone from her which is now one year old & as good as new, what fantastic service from a very courteous young lady, I could recommend her highly to anyone wanting service in this industry.
