Highly recommend... great apartment. Spacious. Terrace. Easy in and out.

I have had the best stay at the Surry Hills apartments. Easy to check in, apartment is clean, full of storage and had a washer dryer with detergent which is SO helpful when you travel constantly. The apartment is above a Bondi Wholefoods so healthy food right on the doorstep. I also had a flight at 10pm and the staff allowed me to stay in my apartment until 6pm regardless of a 10am check out time. I would 100% stay here again!

This was our third stay at Botanik, and it always is a great experience. The two bedroom apartments are high up and have a fantastic view across the city. The family love staying here. The bedrooms are a good size, perfect for two children in one bedroom. Walking into the city is easy & the check in and check out process is very straight forward. The housekeepers are lovely and do an excellent job.

Nice place, modern, clean, good layout in the three bed apartment. But can't watch TV(until after dark,no blockout blinds). Tiny coffee cups, tiny fridge for a three bed apartment, poor Wi-Fi and smoke alarms that go off at the drop of a hat. If these minor things can be fixed this would be a lovely place to stay. Good location too.

Modern,clean and convenient apartment. We stayed for 9 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. It is a very spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. It's a home away from home. The only downside is the apartment is only cleaned once during our 9 nights stay. Maybe could consider frequent cleaning of the apartment.

I booked this property for my parents who came to visit once the borders had finally reopened. Management was very helpful in facilitating an early check in, and a late check out, which was greatly appreciated when travelling to and from the UK. The apartment was clean, tidy & pleasantly furnished, Management was vey supportive, especially as my parents dont speak fluent english. My parents were very comfortable and enjoyed their stay very much. Would highly recommend this property.

rooms are nice and close to everything. a few things they could improve on- tissue in the room.- my fridge didn’t seal right or do at work very well ( milk went off after 3 days)- new frypans ( non stick is peaking off)- aircon needs a service ( set to 21 and would often make the room drop to 19)

We stayed in a beautiful two bedroom apartment for 5 nights in late February. This apartment was clean, modern, spacious, quiet, secure, and had a wonderful kitchen area which we did not really use. There was beautiful linen on the beds and complimentary toiletries that were high quality. This apartment is situated in a good part of the city - the train station is so close and there are lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The only minor criticism would be, that the wifi was out for 24 hours at one stage. Also just a couple of suggestions for the future - some mirrors in the bedrooms would be really great and the second bedroom could do with a wardrobe area for hanging clothes and drawers/dressers for putting clothes on or away. Modern, clean, spacious, nice balcony & very secure apartments.Beds were good, pillows were awful. Bathrooms were good, kitchen was good & well equip - drinking mugs were too small & the exhaust fan didn't do it's job!Couch needed to be bigger, the wifi wasn't very good & the blinds in the living area need to be block out blinds, it was too light in the mornings & hard towatch tv during the day.The cafe downstairs was handy, we didn't have a car so it was a hike to the train station, too long a walk with the kids to the SCG & the supermarket/bottleshops were too far away on foot to buy too much!
