What a great experience we had with this company! From just a phone call to ask regarding evaporative cooling, to the more than knowledgeable Steven explaining the new Bonaire solar system, to Zolt promptly visiting us for a more than reasonable quote, to finally the boys and their team installing our system. More than exceeded our expectations guys so thank you! Highly recommend this team!

Absolutely appalling Customer Service!!! - there is none. I would not recommend this company at all. I was charged for a Service Call Out and paid the full amount at end of service. The Air Conditioner failed on first attempt to use. When I advised of the non-working situation to the company, there was no refund offered and my call was treated like a bad luck situation, in fact the Office person was very rude and I was not treated with any respect from this woman. When I made contact again endeavouring to obtain a quote for a new unit I was advised by another staff member that I was not on their system !! No record....I received both a written receipt and eftpos of my payment made on the day from the technician under the A.Temp Invoice name.

Customer service is absolutely shocking. The company didn’t show up to my first installation booking & then showed up to the next one two hours late - I then refused entry as I had other commitments.Both times the Director Steve tried to put the blame onto me… after his workers didn’t show up when they were meant to. The director and tradesmen are both rude and unpleasant to engage with. Save your time and pick another company. They’re not worth the trouble.

Wouldn’t recommend or trust. Great during initial consult. Installed an older model controller. Luckily husband googled and was repaired.Didn’t return call afterwards, we’re very consultative in their approach. Take money elsewhere! Not worth the pain!

I can not describe how amazing the service was that I received from A - Temp. They came and installed 4 new split system units in our home and the professionalism was amazing. The men that came to install the units were so lovely and accommodating, especially as I am quite particular. Furniture and paintings all needed to be moved for the installations and everything was vacuumed and replaced in immaculate condition. I also had no question to leave the obviously very trustworthy technicians in our home when I went to work and came home to a beautifully cleaned and cool house! Very highly recommended! 5 stars from us and thank you AC for your amazing service!
