Not impressed. Been waiting for Marshall to finish his report for a clients ramp and concrete path, for the previous 2 months! Quotes been done for a while now. He won't forward the quote, metro OT has been in touch, Support coordinator has been in touch, client has been in touch, clients mother has been in touch and he is still buggering everyone around. Late to the first appointment by over 2 hours. Would not recommend. Funds have been taken.We are in the process of issuing a complaint to NDIS regarding the rouge actions of this company and its careless employees.**update for the response below** great to see that someone FINALLY responds in a timely manner, a pitty it's only when there's negative publicity for your company. I suggest you contact Carey Jackson, or her support coordinator who has emailed Marshall this afternoon. I have with her permission posted this, and I will continue to post on every available area I can find until such time as the issues are resolved.We've just had an NDIS review for her and your lack of assessment is now going to be the sole factor holding this up going forward.There is nothing slanderous here, only the truth. If you'd like to challenge this, we'd happily go ahead with it.
