Shopped yesterday. No caster sugar. No plain flour (white wings) No Lime soda water (on special ) No Natvia tablets! Almost run over by a young staff member with a large caged trolley. She saw me but no apology!Sorry but came home VERY unhappy!

Called the store to ask if there was a certain grocery item in stock, only to be told by the lady on the phone that she’s too busy and can’t help. I stated that I was happy to be put on hold while I was transferred to the grocery department (as other Coles stores have done in the past), but she ignored this and promptly hung up.

Bought a packet of coles round brioche rolls that came unexpectedly with a dead spider in them (which I didn’t see until almost all of the rolls had been eaten). I understand these things happen but my review is based on the older woman dealing with me when I went back. I asked to speak to the manager but no one came after waiting around 10 minutes. So I just spoke to the older woman at the service desk. She could not have possibly cared less, DID NOT apologise and had a holier-than-thou attitude “so what do you want? A refund? Fine!” How incredibly rude! And I was perfectly nice about it as I understand these things can happen.Such disappointing service from her AND management. Is this how you always treat customers? Disgusting!

Usual layout for quick shop. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking if you don't mind by travelling up and down ramps or passing through the main shopping centre first — The lift is frustratingly slow and that spiral stair case is straight from a horror movie!. Trade hours reduced (which seems to be happening across many Coles locations?) Always have heaps or flowers and Small plants in stock which look fresh and well kept. This may be due to the sub zero temperatures inside the store in the evenings no matter what time of year it is. Management may want to look into that as the employees must be freezing.
