Stopped here a few months back for a drive-through thick shake. Waited and waited while clearly-inexperienced staff member flailed about. Finally received my shake after watching manager berate young staff member very publicly - very poor form. This doesn’t help her be better, but erodes her self esteem.Disliked him more when he grandly upsized me for free to compensate for the wait. I’d have preferred the size I ordered because NOBODY needs a large thick shake. I’d also prefer him to TRAIN his staff, rather than yelling at them, but wrote it all off as just a bad day.Stopped again three days ago and went inside. Groovy new store, but already quite dirty. Toilets were very grubby. Didn’t bother to eat there due to state of store.McDonalds should get rid of those ‘order your own’ computer screens and TRAIN their staff!!! The stores are getting worse and worse because they no longer invest in their PEOPLE!!

went through the cheeseburger by the drive through and ordered at the front counter literally was looking at the outside menu promotion? no it was not there so i instead went to the left side of the store to go the toilet but guess what It was very unclean and unsanitary, so instead I just went to front counter to order a simple cheeseburger but guess again unsanitary and dirty just like the toilets from the left side (not the right). very highly disappointed.

I got a cheese burger happy meal and was discriminated against because of my age, I was not presented with the toy in which I payed for, what a disappointment. For all they know the happy meal could have been for a small child at home (it wasn’t). It is more like an unhappy meal now.

I ordered a meal for two and they gave us cold chips and forgot the sauces but did replace the cold chips with hot ones. Most times they rip you off because I'm not getting my full orders from this joint. They need more experienced workers there.

Went through drive through and ordered a cheeseburger happy meal no pickles add bacon and a hash brown on the side. Had to go in once to get my hash brown because it was missing then after we had left and I opened my burger discovered there was no MEAT. The vital ingredient in a burger. Won't be returning because that's absolutely ridiculous

Went Saturday morning. Bedlam...we were in the kids room and it's fairly squeezy and noisy. Usual Mecca's, pretty average. Staff were attentive and friendly though.

This is a really cool new maccas. Unique decor inside which I haven't seen anywhere else. Staff were efficient and friendly. Interior was clean, as was the carpark and well manicured landscaping. Food was hot and delicious.

Toilets were missing flushing button. Hand dryer in toilet area not working.The a/c was hardly switched on, so not warm in centre at all.Seems like they are trying to save power at the expense of public comfortWill not hurry back there.
