Don’t trust them! They never fulfil their promise to you. All they want is to hook you in! They give misleading information, for example in my case they sold me a certified diamond ring and was shown a copy of the certificate. They swapped my diamond after when I received the ring, i found out the serial number was different!

Terrible service, extremely bad experience! The sales consultants don’t know what is going on with the sales done by one of their staff! We recently bought a ring and upgraded to platinum set. I asked for my receipt but I was told to have it when I receive the item. When I picked up the ring, the salesperson who sold me the upgrade was on a holiday so they can’t find my receipt. I have been told to come back and I can have the receipt the week after! Wasted my time and fuel!

Lilly is an absolute superstar! Stopped at nothing to make sure I was completely happy and even went through the process of making sure that the ring I had chosen made it there in the right size. Highly recommend making the trip there if your ever looking for some amazing device and some great jewellery

Worst Retailer experience I have ever had! I have had to return my TISSOT watch 4 times now and they will not refund me. It has been in repair longer than I have owned it. Just awful! BUYER BEWARE-DONOT BUY FROM Mazzucchellis.

This company sells IGI certified diamonds... stay away from them! You are better off with other jewellers. When choosing diamonds, stick with GIA certified labs - more bang for your buck!

My partner and I decided to randomly visit one Sunday to look at engagement rings. We were assisted by a very friendly employee.She recommended trying on different styles, because sometimes what we see becomes different when we put it on.I’m so glad she recommended doing that! Because I didn’t end up choosing a style I thought I always wanted, and chose something completely different!She was so patient, and took her time with assisting us.We ended up getting the ring!I decided I wanted to get it slightly resized the week after, and we made sure to go back in on a Sunday in hopes that the lovely employee would be there again!She was, and we managed to find out her name - Kylie! Shoutout to Kylie; and thank you so much for helping us!For our second visit, we ended up getting wedding bands! They even agreed to have a ring specially ordered and made for my partner in his size.We got 3 rings in total, and lifetime care plans for all of them - which included free resizing and yearly re-plating.

Amazing service by Lilly! Such a lovely lady and completely brightened up a very long day. Will happily travel an hour to be served by her!
