So glad to stumble across this place when arriving in the country and my online mattresses had not arrived so was desperate to get some mattresses for the family so we didn't have to sleep on the floor. The lovely couple were more than helpful and arranged to have them delivered that very same day. Would very much recommend.

Bedworld was the first place we went to and we didn’t need to look anywhere else. The service was extremely friendly and we were looked after so well. Anand really knows his stuff, they go above and beyond with their service, plus hubby and her have had the best nights sleep on our new bed.

I was extremely happy with the prices, quality, and professional customer service of Bed World. Anand, the owner, was very helpful and let me decide on the mattress of my choice without being pushy. The price was within my budget and it was delivered by him personally within an hour of purchasing. We love our new queen bed! I really would recommend this business to everyone!

I bought a double size mattress with a bed protector. Very good customer service, recommendations and advise to find the perfect mattress and further about bed protector having 10 year warranty if anything goes wrong. Been using the mattress for more than 2 months now nd can confidently say its very good quality and comfy. Local business that can be always relied upon for any future issues.

Do not shop here. Friendly and great instore service but they don't want a bar of you after they have your money. Hard to get them to call back as promised, or generally communicate, and very hard to resolve a complaint when they delivered my bed from over east late and in the wrong colour.Manager is very difficult to deal with if he thinks you want a refund,despite bed being clearly a different colour than labelled on box and advertised online (grey rather than cream). Questioned my eyesight, told me to go to bunnings and get a colour chart.I did and the closest colours are spectrum of light grey (Taubmans Quill colour is closest). Paint specialists agreed that cream would generally be of a pastel yellow tone or at least of a beige/yellow tinge.I just want my money back on a product sold to me that is different than was described and advertised. But looks like I'll have to contact WA Commerce Department for help because manager believes light grey is a valid variation of cream.Irony is that I likely would have bought a more expensive bed as replacement/exchange from these guys if they hadn't been so bad at after-sales service and accepting the product isn't as described.Edit: Posted photo below of metal cream" bed delivered to me against colour samples from Bunnings

My aging mother recently purchased a bed from Anand (the owner) at Bedworld and was given the best service in being advised and choosing a bed to suit her needs perfectly. My mother had one idea in mind, but was respectfully guided to a bed (solution) that much better suited her needs and was more comfortable than she could have imagined. Anand promptly advised when the order had arrived and provided great service in quickly delivering the bed to my mother's home when she was ready for it to be received. The experience at Bedworld has been customer-focused, personalised and fuss-free and our family is so grateful for the excellent service we received. We will be back for our next purchases soon and I have no hesitation in recommending Bedworld for great quality and service.

Anand was a pleasure to do business with, very knowledgeable and gave us great advice without the pushy sales talk and subsequently we are very happy with our new mattress.
