A one night stay at this hotel. It was a VERY cold night (-4) and I was worried about being cold. The lovely Nicole (without an H!) looked after me so well. She got me a heater, and put it in my room while I amused myself in the wonderful restaurant. She even rang me to check if I was ok. Seriously impressive customer service.I was pleasantly surprised at the prices in the bar. The food was very good, too.The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Can’t fault it at all. I will definitely return.

Stayed 2 nights in 2 different room,Great customer service, with dinner & breakfast buffet option.Room are spacious and clean.Plenty of parking on private land.Well looked after place & right by the highway, so perfect for a late arrival & early road trip take off.

We were disappointed with with this motel. A few issues that were not to the standard expected of the Mercure Hotel chain. Over priced and no discount given for Mercure member. Not good value for $169.Fridge with no freezer compartment - most travellers carry cold items, bricks to refreeze for their journey. There were no screens on the windows, not all guest use air-conditioning 24/7. The gaps around the doors let too much light in at night. Lounges are worn and personal preference, the bed was too soft and the ironing board needs more padding.Worst for us was the stale smell of tobacco in the room, it was okay with ventilation and spray, however when we closed it to sleep we found it was the bed, Yuk... too late to advise reception. The room was spacious and we thought lovely, if we hadn't had lack of sleep from the smell, we would have rated differently. Thanks

Great location, just off freeway and offers reception til 10pm and after hours key pick up. Whilst it is expensive, the rooms are nice - we had a 2 bedroom, 2 tvs, with large shower in a decent sized bathroom. did have a kitchenette as well, so easy ability to cook if needed.

Wonderful place to stay. Great service, warm, comfortable room, comfortable bed and amazing restaurant food. Would certainly return again if passing through Goulburn.

A comfortable place to stay between Sydney and Canberra, rooms are well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant is very good for dinner and breakfast. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My go-to for the area.

Yes it's a bit on the pricey side - but it's part of Mercure. Rooms were large, spacious, AC in both rooms (family apartment).Plenty of parking, well presented. Bathroom, shower in particular, was brilliant.

Loved it, and I would highly recommend it.My highlights were the customer service, Shelly was phenomenal, the food was so good, the room was clean, and the towels were the best I've used in a hotel.Lovely

I just don't know what the story is with the sheet being on top of the doona... can someone explain.Meal at the restaurant was magnificent. Really really impressed with the food
