Although not open to the public, I dropped into the Wilson factory to check out some Venom rods before ordering them from my local tackle shop. The Wilson Staff were only too happy to show me the Venom range of rods and answer any questions I had for them. I highly recommend Wilson Fishing, great products and great people!.
