I’m so glad that my first experience of reiki was with Monique! From start to end she had a beautiful way of helping me open up my heart; allowing me to later answer my own questions from within. Despite my racing thoughts and jitters, Monigue’s light and healing strengths had a powerful calming effect on my energy and ability to connect to my soul and spiritual guides. This light continued to radiate in her beautifully written insights that I feel so connected to. I have known lovely Monique for many years now. She was one of our clients. Later on she has her own studio for Riekie so I thought I would love to support her. Not to mentioned, all along she is the one who always support me. She is naturally lovely ,kind person. She is care for people who need the positive healing. Her warmth kind heart is always made me so special.I went to for my first session after Covid. I felt so ease and she has helped me unblock unwanted energy and refresh my energy circle. I love everything at the studio and everything about her.The place is amazing, lovely ambience, beautiful space. I would love to recommend to anyone who look for genuinely treatment that give me much more and beyond. This is a great place for healing and restore.I understand the cost of living these days are very high and the world around us is going crazy. But when it comes to our health and well being I believe the self-care is most essential factor to ensure we are in a good health, strong mentally and physically. Anahata Reiki & Wellness is the best!Monique is such a beautiful soul who offers amazing Reiki and Wellness services in a divine environment.I have recently completed Reiki Level One with Monique and it was a wonderful experience. I am already starting to see some of the benefits of reiki and will definitely look to Anahata Reiki & Wellness to do my Reiki Level Two!

Monique got me in on the day I contacted her. I was feeling very overwhelmed, heavy and blocked. I’ve never done reiki or energy healing and after the first session I feel so different! My mind clearer, lighter, I felt like I can breathe again. Monique was so lovely, a nice light to have in your life. Would definitely see her again. She was great as explaining things and her studio was so beautiful and thoughtfully designed in a place where you can fully relax with no distractions.

I attended Monique's level 2 Reiki training course last week. What can I say just wow!Monique has a lovely energy, passion and knowledge for Reiki. She is truelly an amazing person and teacher. She is a compassionate and supportive teacher. Training was in a small group of 3 people, set in a beautiful and comfortable setting. There was a good balance between theory and practical aspects. With lots of hands on giving and reveiving of Reiki. The way she ran the 2 day training was well paced and supportive. Looking forward to completing my 21 days of self healing before going back to see Monique for my final 1:1 session to complete my certificate. Would recommend anyone looking to do there Reiki training to book in with Monique. Love and light.

I’ve had multiple Reiki sessions with Monique, as well as having the honour of her teaching me in Reiki level one and soon to be level 2. I feel as though I’ve known Monique forever, from the moment I walk in the door I instantly feel calmer and she always seems to know exactly what I need. She always has so much knowledge around topics that arise during our sessions and consistently shows up for me even when I’m not in the studio with her but messaging her over socials. She shows me so much support in so many ways and is a beautiful and giving soul. I’m beyond to grateful to have Monique in my life whether is be as my reiki healer, teacher or friend. Can not recommend her enough.

Monique is incredible at what she does and I cannot recommend her enough! Not only is she SUCH a beautiful soul, but she has a true talent for healing and connecting on so many levels. I have been seeing Monique each week for the past 4 weeks for her emotional energy reset sessions and the shift I have noticed emotionally has been incredible. I’m in such a different place now to what I was 4 weeks ago and I truly believe Monique has played a big part in this. I also see Monique for Reiki which I highly recommend. Monique is amazing, I was quite anxious before my Reiki session as I had no idea what to expect but the moment I came face to face with her, I was instantly at ease. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and provides such a comfortable and relaxing environment.Post Reiki session, I felt amazing, lighter and clearer. Monique also sent me a follow up message within the hour to send me over some recommendations and to check in! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and is amazing at what she does!I can’t wait for my next session ☺️
