Shocking service! Stay away!Agreed to a $25 home visit, he turned up late after I called him. Narrowed the gas heater down to 2 models and asked for a quote on both. 2 weeks passed and no quote, called Sean and he said he was waiting for me to get back to him, don't know why. He said I'd have the quote tomorrow. It never arrived.Use Abbey Fireplaces, far better service and personality, free home visit and quoted within 2 days.

How good is this company. The manager and staff were very obliging and answered all my questions about gas heating. Particularly helping in designing a surrounds for my heater installation to make it a focal point of my home. Very professional in their approach to helping customers.

Shocking. Organized an on-site inspection a week in advance, only turned up 2hours after agreeed time after having to be chased via phone. Still had the nerve to charge a $25 inspection fee, and three weeks later I am yet to receive a quote

Absolutely shocking company my mum who 70 still waiting for a return call bloke quoted my mum without looking in the roof my mum drove up to the shop spike to them and 2as told the next day she would be contacted well that was over 2 weeks ago...Save your $$ go somewhere else do not recommend them AT ALL

I've lost count how many times Shaun from Dixonline has mucked me around since having our gas fireplace installed around 3 years ago.I have had some issues with the unit breaking down & trying to get him back for a service or repair is impossible.I've made appointments & left work only to be stood up. Countless phone calls & text messages not returned, & when he does answer, there is always an excuse.He's always busy, or has sick kids, or waiting on a part.After another stint lasting several months trying to get our fireplace repaired, I gave up & called Abby fireplaces to see if they could recommend a repairer, which they did. He answered my phone call, made an appointment, kept his appointment, then fixed my fireplace. Funnily enough, he didn't even need to order whatever spare part Shaun was waiting on.I have built several homes & dealt with countless trades & companies, & never experienced customer service so bad. This is the first negative review I have ever left.I feel very sorry for the other family members in the business that are potentially affected by the poor service of one.
