Lux Massage

Visited over the weekend, excellent beautiful calming and clean atmosphere. Receptionist was very welcoming and sweet. Definitely will be back. I strongly recommend!

I called on Friday, 30 September to book for 2 people for the Saturday or Monday (public holiday). I was told Saturday was fully booked but that they were available Monday. We confirmed a time for 2pm and I gave both my name and number. We drove on Monday (1.50pm) and saw the doors locked, signed darkened with no sign of any staff. We tried to call and no one picked up. This is such a poor level of customer service and I have no interest in rebooking a massage in the future with the business. If you are not going to be opened on a public holiday (which happens) do not confirm a booking. Or at least give us a courtesy call to let us know.

Very professional massage just didn't like the constant talking between therapists

Disgusting people, very disappointed, I had a confirmed booking, when I went 10min prior to my appointment time, they say no booking, the lady at the reception called another girl who took my booking and confirmed over the phone the previous day, the lady said yes she had taken the booking but did not enter on their booking book, how unprofessional and no seriousness about their job.The lady at the reception asked the massage therapist if they can do it, and The y said they don't want to do it. How non ethical are these people and they didn't even offer any alternative time or date. Very disappointed, no sense of responsibility.

I went, the small chinese girl at door was extremely rude! Never made eye contact, no smile, one word answers when I wanted to know about the massage (usually massage receptionist are welcoming and make you feel relaxed)Showered, then waited to be greeted by a chinese girl i think in her early 40s late 30s. She was nice, but told me was from Thailand then when I attempted to speak Thai she told me she was from china, massage was really bad, 50$ extra for H.E...Asked her age,, told me 32, asked what year was born but couldn't tell me, lied to me twice. Let me go after 30 minutes even though i paid 80$ for 45 minutes.As a regular punter, always trying new parlors, I gotta say this is by far the worse!Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere,

Came here based on the reviews and false ads of ladies. Rude disengaged staff and always asking for extras. Makes me think the reviews here are mostly fake when most of them who gave 5 stars have only 1 review.

amazing place to relax after long working hours. therapist are very knowledgable and understand what would be the best treatment to suggest.signature treatmemt was amazing and had wonderfull treatmemt,good team work and best service keep it up.

Booked an appointment at 1150Am fir 12 noon. Only to arrive and be told there are no staff. Like you just answered my call 10 mins ago and asked me to come.! So much for professionalism! . Never going back and would not recommend.

Masseuses are very skilled, ambient and clean atmosphere to relaxation to the massage. Highly recommend.
