Golden Nugget Discovery Tours

I did the Grampians tour last Sunday and it was amazing. I’ve been in Victoria for four weeks and this tour was by far the highlight of the whole trip. Andrew was a great guide and he knew the areas really well. I learnt a lot about Australian wildlife, saw some incredible scenery as well as wild wallabies, kangaroos and other animals. Morning tea and lunch were included (so yum - would recommend the chocolate croissant) and also the tour is carbon neutral and doesn’t disrupt the native wildlife. Highly recommend.

Went on Golden Nugget Pyrynees Wine Tour hosted by Andrew with a group of friends for my friends Birthday.Andrew was informed, engaging and also very involved. I went on the Pyrenees Wine Tour with my partner as a Birthday present. Whilst I am now a Ballarat local, I'm new to the area; I would recommend the day to both locals and tourists. Excellent day, we went to about 6-7 wineries and did not have to worry about being over the limit or thinking about where to go.We were the only two on the tour and were not given any surcharge as a result, but it did make for a very personalised tour. Andrew was great and knew the staff at all of the wineries we went to. Andrew is a qualified eco tourist, so during the drive through the area he gave descriptions on how the different landscape in the area was formed as well as the history of both the Pyrenees region and brief history of Victoria during its forming stages.On our tour we were provided lunch at Blue Pyrenees and a cheese platter at Sally's Paddock. They were both excellent, and timed perfectly.Great wineries, great food, great tour guide. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I went on the Pyrenees Wine tour and it was fantastic. Andrew is a true gentleman with a wealth of knowledge on the region. We got through so many great wineries and had a great lunch, the region is beautiful too.Thought this tour was great value for money and would highly reccomend.

Andrew's knowledge and initiative in preparing the stone sample of Ballarat gold are very impressive and incredibly detailed. His knowledge of geology is extra from this tour. Well-prepared tour guide with map and structure of how Ballarat became a gold rush era.Andrew also advises us on what to see and focus on each stop in Eureka and Sovereign Hill.I strongly recommended Andrew as a tour guide, and it is good for families with children to learn during the tour.Dr Mohammad
