Avoid this company with their shared warehouse at Daikin Park, Warwick Farm majority of their dayshift dont take care with the manner they load their cargo their management under Andrew is also pitiful and unprofessional when their own permanents wish to be employed under daikin as well. While SImon Transport is working with Daikin Air Conditioning ill be letting many know not to use Daikin Products with the lack of care from Simon Packers with how they handle the products. OHS issues too with how stock is stored....

Please think carefully about using Simon Transport, and make sure you have your consignment insured.My consignment arrived damaged after I sent freight to a regional NSW area. It was onforwarded to another carrier who showed little care. I was basically told 'Tough, as it had been signed for by the receiver' and 'You should have insurance'. The guarantee on their website means nothing.
