Sure as a landlord you might have a really really welcoming experience from Biggin and Scott that is someone who rents a property from them you get treated like absolute garbage I have requested multiple times for maintenance to be requested on the house I am renting and it never seems to happen and where does I need to send angry letters and angry phone calls for anything to be touched maybe this might be a 1 of scenario but it is beyond the point where it is a joke

how on on earth have these guys got 3.7 ranking, they should be 1, worst agency in melbourne and possibly Australia, they don't answer phone calls, they don't reply to emails and when you get a hold on one of them they have no clue on what's happening...STAY AWAY

Worst service ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you have a property to lease or sell go anywhere else but there! The receptionists are the most impolite and unproffessional in VIC. This is probably award they advertising.

Their mail guys can't comprehend the meaning of 'No unsolicited mail', not sure if I can trust them with anything more.And now I've been blessed with another unsolicited communica, I'm starting to question what the word they were struggling with was, I have a feeling it is 'no'

Saw a 'for rent' advertisement board and sent an inquiry on their website but didn't get any response at all. Have to ring the agent listed on the board a couple of times a few days later to get my questions answered. The lady agent assigned to this property must be very very busy...
