Being involved in a prang is not fun, but at least you can have your chariot repaired fuss free, and at with a quality you can trust. These guys are great! My daughter had a decent hit on her driver's doors, damaging the sill underneath. B Brothers fixed this to as new condition, in under a week, despite the relentless rain.Friendly service, and yet very professional, B Brothers obviously enjoy their work, as there were smiles all round as we picked up our car. 100% guarantee on all our work! I came to B brothers after somebody hit my BMW & left a note on my car.From the moment I arrived to have my car assessed by John & Frank I was given clear communication about what the repairs would look like, the process & how long it would take, That afternoon the repairs were approved and booked in for the following week.My car was out of action for 3 days like they said & when I picked it up I couldn't be happier, not only did they keep me in the loop the entire way and deliver on time but my situation was unique & they were accomodating.The repairs were first class & they went above and beyond & I couldn't be happier.I cannot recommend them highly enough & would have zero hesitation in recommending them for any smash repair services.

Nice people and good service but I was a bit disappointed with the outcome. They gave me a quote to fix a panel with pretty bad damage over wheel arch which they did a good job of but the issue was that there was a small dent higher up that they left. So Ive got this really nice shiny new panel with this small dent that’s still there which just irritates me looking at it. When they gave the car back they said they had quoted for the damaged area which was over the wheel arch and I understand it would of been easy to miss the small dent just looking over it whilst quoting but when they started working on it they defiantly would of seen the dent higher up and chose to leave it.If I’m getting a panel fixed I expect the whole panel to be fixed when I get the car back not just part of it. I’m not saying don’t use these guys but just be aware of this.

I came with my aunt to drop off her car for repairs and after noticing my car wheel was flat Jackson was so kind and offered to change the tire for free! I really appreciate it thank you so much :)
