Please make sure staff is using food handling gloves while packing flatwhite coles bread in bakery. They packed one for me without gloves on, which is not nice !

Huge store. First time to do a big shop here. Biggest spend so far. All good but as usual and there was only one checkout open. We held everyone up with our overloaded trolley. Worst bit was pushing the shopping to the car over the uneven pavement. Will park closer next time.

Popped in at 6.30am and was assisted by a very lovely, very helpful woman at the front counter. She spotted I'd accumulated a lot of MasterChef knife points and the promo was ending, so explained how it worked and showed me where to find the knives. Walked out feeling like I'd won a game show. Very kind of her to check for me as I would have completely missed that. Excellent customer service, made my day!

Barely any produce out, most sales signs are down so you don't actually know the real price of any of the products out. It's like they only restock once a day. The person running this place seems to more concerned about cutting labour costs than actually providing a good customer exoerience as it's like this every single week. Would reccomend other places the only thing this store has going for it are the opening hours which they have already cut by an hour in the past year.
