My partner Nicole had her car serviced here today. We book the car in multiple weeks in advance to secure a hire car so she’s not stuck at the service centre.This is the now the second time this has happened, my partner showed up to get her car serviced and they have not provided her with a hire car. She was forced to wait 2.5 hours today for her car to be ready.We booked the hire car in 3 weeks in advance so she doesn’t have to sit around, and this is now the second time it’s happened, we won’t be coming back.

Bartons WynnumNissan gave great service when I needed to purchase a car recently. The staff were extremely understanding of my needs and went above and beyond to secure a new vehicle quickly for me. In particular Brodie W. was exceptional from the first contact in the car yard, through the test drive, the purchase process and to delivery. At all stages she was confident, knowledgeable and helpful. Her warm personality and genuine care for customers really shone through and enhanced the whole Bartons’ experience.
