We're delighted with the service we've provided and happily recommend them. Our solar hot water system broke last week. Hot Water Sydney arrived within an hour or two of us calling. They managed to patch it up to keep us going, although it was clearly past end-of-life. They arranged a replacement and installed it within the fortnight at a reasonable rate and with friendly, clear, and honest communications throughout. A pleasure to deal with.
