Ultrasound Care North Shore

I've had my dating scan, NIPT, & morphology scans with Ultrasound Care North Shore and can't rate them highly enough. The staff are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. They're also punctual - I've been seen within 5 minutes of the appointment every time. Thanks so much team!

Ladies at this clinic are great. Made me feel very comfortable with my first pregnancy. Doctor explained everything well and the ultra sound estimate due date was the exact date my baby arrived!

Cannot recommend Ultrasound Care highly enough. Karen, you are an absolute Angel of a human. The clinic is extremely clean and the staff are all so friendly. Very happy with the service and care we received at Ultrasound Care in Greenwich. They run on time and the sonographers are incredibly experienced, thorough and caring. We were even fit in for an urgent scan without any fuss and the staff are very helpful. Highly recommended!

I really had a bad experience at this clinic. My wife did not want to know the gender after the test but I did. They advised us we would get a call but only my received the call about the result. I called the clinic to find out the gender but my wife was not aware. She went to the clinic to pick up the letter and she was informed that I had already called and knew the gender. There should be some policy which will make sure that each person should be dealt accordingly.

I had a successful IUD removal at this clinic. I was looked after by Dr Sarah and a wonderful sonographer who managed to remove my IUD without strings and that was a little stuck. I ended up needing local anaesthetic and forceps to remove it but they were fantastic and kept me calm.It was definitely worth the money to have specialists remove the IUD under ultrasound guidance and I would recommend the team to anyone. Thank again to the lovely staff at this clinic!

It was our second time visit, and we had a very unpleasant experience. Our appointment was 10:00am, and we were late about 10ish min due to the traffic. but the receptionist claimed our appointment was 9:45am. Hence she asked us to reschedule our appointment even if we have already arrived, and said the system showed that it sent the reminder message. However we did not get any text message confirmation. What’s even worse is that the receptionist waited until 10:10ish to remind us our appointment was 9:45? Are you kidding?We had an unpleasant argument with the receptionist and the doc.Though it was our fault to be late around 10min due to the traffic. But why they mistaken our appointment time, and claimed they’ve sent the confirmation message but in reality they did not?? And blaming us to be too late for the appointment and ask us to reschedule? In our last visit, we have literally waited for 1 hr after our appointment time. Why it’s okay for the patient to wait for the doc for 1hr, after their appointment? While we were just 10ish minute late for the appointment, and they ask us to reschedule???I want to say thank you to the other doctor (Joanne Ludlow)who actually looked after us and finished our appointment at 11:00. While the other doc spent 10min arguing with us, not trying to help!!!I would like to make the following suggestion to the Greenwich center: 1) don’t claim your system sent the reminder, when the system did not do so. And keep telling your customers the system did. 2) make the reminder call to the patient 5min after the appointment time to avoid this type of mistake happening again 3) the doctor needs to be thinking in the patients shoes and trying to help the patient, while not being in the position to play the blaming game, which did not help at all. She could literally took our appointment right away and finish on time, not wasting time to argue with us for 10min.Update: I was contacted by the CEO of Ultrasound Care, Jo. She took this seriously. She investigated the whole process, apologized and explained there was system/process error and promised that the they will improve the process.I’m impressed by how Jo was handing the feedback. I’m sure the service will get better with the leadership from Jo.

Ultrasound Care Greenwhich is really worth their 5 star rating. Everyone from the reception desk ladies, to the sonographers and other consultants are exceptional at their job and making you feel at ease.Going for an ultrasound is always an exciting though nerve wracking experience, but knowing there is support and people who try their best to understand your specific circumstances and try and be as flexible as possible is really priceless. Especially given their centre is so busy during this Covid baby boom!Special thanks to Kate for the OB tips and recommendations and to Maria for being so helpful in trying to get me an appointment time which my partner can join also.
