The service is really unprofessional in this shop. No refund, no warranty and the shop does not give receipts. I got a screen protector put on iphone 6 less than 2 weeks ago and the glue was not set so the screen protector moved. The man did not want to take any responsibility even its a simple job to put a screen protector on a phone. He did not try and rectify the problem but told me to go to another store and pay more money for a new screen protector.I would not recommend this shop because of his bad attitude not trying in the least to fix a problem he created

Excellent service! Have been here twice, once for a screen protector for a new phone, and second to replace a completely detached screen - which I came in for about 15min before closing and he said it would take 35min to fix. I said I was happy to come back the next day but he very kindly offered to stay after closing and fixed it for me there and then! Both times he was incredibly friendly and professional, services are very reasonably priced and is very meticulous with his work. Would highly recommend!! :)

I read all the comments. Some were 5 stars and two (or possibly the same person using 2 IDs) left in a negative view. The negative person got angry because she was asked to wear a mask. So, instantly I did not take her side. I have no sympathy or respect for people who refuse to wear masks. It is totally selfish and medical science has proven beyond any doubt that Covid is real and very dangerous. As a disabled person with quite a few conditions I am very susceptible to illness. Also, i suspect Theresa May have been a touch of racism tinged with the negative review. In my experience it seems that people of European heritage (like me) and of British heritage refuse to wear masks. It is a small sample size but that’s what it looks like. Anyway, back to the point of my comments. The young man was courteous, professional and helpful. He did try to push a few extras on me but I didn’t mind as they were useful. In fact if I had had these extras when I bought the phone my screen would not have shattered! He also threw in a few freebies. And It cost me about half of what Apple were going to charge. (I had booked a Genius Bar repair but was able to cancel. It would have taken me hours and cost more). I was lucky this service was recommended to me by my psychologist who had her daughter’s phone repaired. All in all I am very happy with the service and expect my phone to last a few more years now. Very happy to recommend My Mobile Clinic.

I read negative comments and they are unfair. The owner likes to be compliant with wearing masks he has asked me to do the same. He is very fair and reasonable. he is honest and hardworking , tries to satisfy his customers and eager to please. I put 5 stars to counter unfair negative comments. His service is a 4 and his prices 4.5. I have used his service 5 times, mostly replacement of screens

Guy tried charging me 250 dollars for a lense replacement on an iphone. Told me the front screen needs to be removed (it doesnt) and when i called his bluff he told me to go to another store. I have no idea how he is still in business…

I just had an appalling experience with this man. He misdiagnosed my son's phone as having a broken motherboard and cracked screen. I felt so down that I needed to buy him another phone. I went to top ryde to buy a new equivalent phone valued at $800. Lucky I thought to get another opinion and I gave the phone to the repairers at top ryde. They diagnosed a broken screen from the inside. They replaced the screen and the phone works perfectly.The real disgust I feel is that I contacted My Mobile Clinic and he is still adamant that it was the motherboard because he replaced the screen and it still didn't work. It didn't matter how many times I told him the phone is working because the screen was replaced by the people at top ryde. He is certain it was not a screen problem but the motherboard. If I had not gone for a 2nd opinion then I would have been $800 out of pocket and a perfectly good working phone would have been thrown out. Shameful.Do not give him any money if he will not give a proper diagnosis. His ego will tell you that he knows what he is doing but my experience shows he does not have the skills.

I had my phone's battery replaced. The service was quick and the owner was very helpful and friendly and he also took the time to give me some advice on extending and optimising the battery life which was very helpful.

Just had my phone screen repaired and battery replaced never got the managers name but he did a fantastic job and also cleaned and fixed extras at no charge. Would definitely recommend!
