As per my previous experience, i had difficulty trying to find a tradie in Clayton to repair my ac. The previous fellow didn’t really fix the leak but the noise from my ac was no longer as much irritating as before. Took a gamble with johnsrefair and all went well so far. Cheers

John traveled from his place all the way to Box Hill to do an ac installation . The man arrived on time, finished setting up my air conditioning unit and charge me fair and square. A true pro and I highly recommend this guy.

Our air conditioner quit working so I called and told them my issue and they were able to come out and inspect it the next day. They confirmed my unit couldn't be fixed so I agreed on a fair quote to ordering a new unit and installation. Overall excellent work.

I live in Belgrave. I booked to have my new ac unit installed. All charges explained over the phone. All clear no dramas. Happy with the ac installation; cost included. The guy is a pro, happy to recommend to my mates in Belgrave. Cheers

I did call them to make an inquiry about the cost to repair my 15 y/o evaporative cooling system. I was advised to upgrade instead as a repair would likely to cost even more. They said I can shop around and can always offer for less in any case I decide to go with them. A good experience either way and unbiased advise :)

A bit too pricy for the call out fee. Truth be told, I did shop around and it appears to be what most of the others charge these days. In all fairness, they did turn up on time, fixed my leaking AC in the living room and installed that of my mom's who lives next door. Did 2 jobs all up which we were happy with. Worth all doing my due diligence. We're just so glad to have hired these guys.

Really happy with all aspects of John's service and the installation of the reverse cycle A/C above the stairwell in a two-storey house. We already have ducted gas heating downstairs.Our house upstairs is now cosy warm especially the landing and we look forward to cool in summer. Unit mounted above stairwell so cold air will go down where we want it when outside temperature heats up and still keep the landing cool.
