Anna has been renting our properties for us for over 10 years. She is the most efficient and professional property manager we have ever had the pleasure to meet.

I had the most unprofessional experience with Raine and Horne lane cove agents Alex Banning and Lazar Pasuljevic. Inexperienced and unprofessional. They were selling the property for our landlord and told us that we will have 90 days after property was sold to move out. However we got 30 days notice once the property was sold. They were aware that we had a 2 week old baby and my wife is still recovering from afterbirth. Also, at the time of viewings, they asked us to vacate the apartment with a 2 week old baby and even after we cleaned the place and moved things to storage cage, they kept moving stuff around and would leave things in balcony etc after viewing was over. They left their leaflets 4 weeks in a row at our place even after us calling them to be professional. Worst experience, provided misinformation and were not understanding.
