What a wonderful gift I was looking for to give my mom for her birthday. I am very pleased with the cheerfulness and friendliness of the staff here.

Beautiful flowers and really reasonably priced

Very poor and confusing experience purchasing flowers online here. A family member overseas tried to purchase flowers for me as a gift from here. They were not delivered on the scheduled date and when I went to the flower shop to pick them up, I was told the bouquet wasn’t there, but they tried to give me someone else’s bouquet which was of lesser quality then the purchased bouquet. Additionally when purchased online they were supposed to come with chocolates but I was told in-store they don’t have chocolates. Needless to say I had to call my family and tell them to call their credit card company to cancel the order because I wasn’t getting the flowers or chocolate. All around just a really horrible customer service experience. Perhaps they’re okay if you’re purchasing in person?
