The best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. Such nice people that really want to help you out. They changed my clutch and driveshaft super fast for $1000 cheaper than other places I was quoted. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

We can not speak highly enough of Western Suburbs Automatics. We have had both our cars in a few times now to get them fixed. They are super helpful and honest with their repairs. Twice now I have had our cars towed in and within that afternoon we have had answers and work started. They tell you whats wrong and the best and most economical way to fix your car. I made the mistake of going somewhere else closer to home and I am still waiting for a returned phonecall 4+ weeks later. I should have just called Jane and her team straight up! You live and learn! Excellent customer service.Quality workmanship.Got my 2014 Hilux serviced here yesterday.The transmission is smoother and the work area is spotless.So clean I nearly thought they fitted a new transmission sump pan.Thank you team.I'll be back for sure.

I am very happy with this workshop. They are very professional and responsible for the job they did. Take time to order, replace and test the whole body transmission replacement for my Subaru Tribeca 2010. However, if they are not happy with the part, they will let you know and will find a better one to repeat the job without any extra fees. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to do transmission services. will become my regular service in the future.

Haven't ed the car yet but they seem more knowledgeable than others.Maybe 5 stars after they finish the work.
