Wow. What poor customer service I have ever seen!They don’t return phone calls, they don’t reply to emails and continue to take money out of your account with no contact!I can’t express enough for people not to go here, Find another storage company that actually will communicate with you.

The service was fantastic, they searched several possible locations that would suit best and were extremely efficient.

Very disappointed. We were not informed that we had to give 2 weeks notice to vacate, so this amount was deducted from our refund, plus a $15 cleaning fee. All of our stored goods were covered in dust when we picked them up. So much so that the removalist commented on how dirty it was in there. I feel as though we should be sending them the bill for cleaning. Cannot recommend.

Terrific service and great pricing. Rob and staff made my storage journey absolutely fantastic and as easy as could be. We used the free truck to move in and Rob found us a great driveway facing unit that meant the unloading was quick and easy and FREE! Safe n SOUND Self Storage are definitely the leaders when it comes to secure and safe self storage. I was most impressed with the packing supplies and that i could buy insurance over the counter. The unit was clean and came with a special lock that fitted in the door so it couldn't be cut off which gave me great peace of mind. We shopped around but found these guys to be the best based upon everything they offer including an after hours manager who lives on-site but the icing on the cake was the Manager Rob. Thanks mate you made us feel like part of the Safe n Sound family. Absolutely recommend.

The staff are so friendly and provide great support. The process online apllication made life so easy . Great place

What can I say , they where cheaper than other similar places in the local area, for the rates you pay they could at least have some form of lighting in the actual bays instead of just in the hall way outside which is sensor activated and you get about five minutes before it turns off and you have to re-enter the hallway to trigger the limited light but again maybe that's why they where a little cheaper.

Josh was super accommodating and understanding and went of his way to make a tricky prob easy. Give him a raise! :)

The guys are pleasant and easy to work with, and the facilities are accessible spotless. The wide range of storage options allows for presice and economical storage. The design of the premises ensures total safety in the event of heavy rain or storms.Use these guys, they are definitely value for money. ✔
