Jayden was so helpful! I thought the job will take a week, but he finished it in two hours! And I had only just showed up in the morning. I'm extremely happy with their work. Being close to Carls Jr, is definitely a plus!

I have been using Mycar at Bateau for a few years, after being ripped off at several smaller places around the coast.They are always super friendly and positive, and very efficient. And most importantly to me as someone that knows nothing about cars, they never try to up sell or add on extra services that arnt actually necessary. They always call with updates if they do find anything, to explain what needs to be fixed, and why.Highly reccomended :)

Amazing experience getting my car serviced at Bateau Bay Mycar. Jaiden assisted with the service. He was professional, knowledgeable and he explained the needs for my car that will be needed in the future in a transparent and understandable way (especially for someone with zero car knowledge) without feeling I was being ripped off.I highly recommend Jaiden for any services or repairs! Super friendly guy working basically on his own, helped with a quick change and replacement of tyre. He also got it finished 2 days earlier than quoted. He could easily have waited until Monday to tell me the new tyre arrived but called late Friday when he could have been heading home. I highly recommend this business for a great customer experience.
