I am very disappointed. Today I payed $33 dollar for engraving on some thermal cups for friend's birthday and it is totally not right.The M looks like H with round bits it in it and the letter is not even straight. I could even say anything I got choked up and could even say anything. I am on a tight budget and could not even replace the cups if I wanted to which were $25 each and there was two of them. So now I'm out of pocket and sad as I can't afford anything else for my friends

I brought two Gucci watches today for battery replacement. One of my watches was damaged because the guy who’s there today (19/06/2023), a heavy built, bearded and wearing ear plugs guy on his early-mid 30s, forced open my Gucci watch because he didn’t have the right tool to open it. After all his attempts, he couldn’t open the case back of my watch to replace the battery but he put a lot of scratches on it in all his attempts. This is the first time I was going to replace the battery of this watch since I bought it last year. I am very disappointed at the service of Mister Minit Murray Bridge today. And after I asked that guy if he scratched my watch he even had the audacity to tell me that my watch is a cheap watch and that’s why it’s easily scratched. I would post a picture of my damaged Gucci Twirl watch here if I could. I’m a watch collector and I have other watches that need battery replacement. But, I’m never gonna go to Mister Minit ever again after this horrible and disappointing experience.

Never went there, but assuming he's okay. Just give him a hand to make a living.

Wonderful customer service, returns frequently to get my cat collar fixed or to just get a new tag. Jamie has awesome engraving skills and really takes his time to ensure everything is perfectly done. Keep up the great work~!

Lost my boot. After going in 5 times ( and never being recognized... having to explain why I was there) to collect it JAMES told me he would definitely have it for me today. But today is JAMES' day off. So I think JAMES is lying. Great service Mister Minit
